The Evans Elementary Home and School Association excited to announce their 15th annual Basket Raffle will be held March 16, 2024 in the suburbs of Philadelphia. All proceeds from this year’s event will be contributed toward the construction of an outdoor classroom on the school campus that will surely have a lasting impact on the students, staff and community for generations to come.

At this time, we are connecting with local and national businesses to humbly ask for your support in making this year’s raffle a success. In addition to being tax deductible, businesses and brands will be amplified in our greater community in the following ways:

This opportunity allows you to reach more than 600 families for a minimal donation. We would be grateful for any type of donation including gift certificates, specific items, trips or monetary gifts.

Donations are 100% tax deductible and can be mailed to Evans Elementary School, c/o Basket Raffle, 125 Sunset Road, Limerick, PA 19468. To be recognized in our event program and flier, donations must be received no later than February 15, 2024. Our registered 501(c)(3) Employer Identification Number is 41-2242405.

We have a lofty target of raising $20,000 to support the teachers and children of Evans Elementary, and ask for your support in helping achieve this goal. Thank you very much for your consideration!
