We are thrilled to have the school basktet raffle back after a 2 year hiatus and would love your support in making it a success! Below is our donation letter, we are a small but mighty team hoping to put together wonderful baskets and produce a successful event! Thank you so much for your consideration!

The Evans Elementary Home and School Association is hosting its 14th annual Basket Raffle on April 1, 2023. Proceeds from this year’s event will go towards enhancements to our playgrounds. 

At this time, we are reaching out to businesses for assistance. All types of donations are requested, such as gift certificates, specific items or monetary gifts. In return for a donation, donors will be mentioned in the printed event program as well as the thank you flier that will be sent to all Evans Elementary families. Donors will also be recognized on our Basket Raffle Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/EvansBasketRaffle), the Home and School Association Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Evans-Elementary-Home-School-Association-1629843957112095), and our website (www.evansHSA.org). Our raffle allows you to reach more than 400 families for a minimal donation. To be recognized in our event program and flier, all donations must be received no later than March 20, 2023.

Donations are 100% tax deductible, and for your records, our registered 501 (c) (3) Employer Identification Number is 41-2242405. Donations can be mailed to Evans Elementary School,  ℅ Basket Raffle Chairpersons, 125 Sunset Road, Limerick, PA 19468.
