Dear Community Partner: 

LaVerna Evans offers our community an excellent education that utilizes differentiated learning instructional strategies and hands on active student participation with a focus on critical thinking and problem solving. 

A key component in being able to provide a great education for our students is the financial support from the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).  The trivia night is the largest fundraiser for our PTO and it helps us with our mission to support the school and the teachers. We are excited to announce that through our Trivia Night and Silent Auction we were able to raise over $10,000 last year to help support our teachers & school!  The funds generated from last year's Trivia Night provided us with the resources to install the Keller Outdoor Classroom, an outdoor pavilion at Laverna Evans.

Our trivia night will take place on April 5th, 2025; this year our event will take place at the Moose Lodge in Swansea, Illinois!  Over the years, LaVerna Evans has benefited from the generosity of supporters like you with upgrades to our technology, new book series, outdoor classroom, and academic enrichments to our curriculum.  A portion of the funds from this year’s Trivia Night will go toward updates to our playground.

We hope you will consider supporting this year’s trivia night auction by participating in one of the following opportunities: 

Item/Service Donation: Our trivia night silent auction auction depends heavily on the added support of our generous businesses and organizations, such as yourself, to supply us with exciting auction items! All businesses will be listed in our trivia program guide. 

Program Booklet/Online Advertisement: We have different options available to advertise your business and gain exposure to potential new customers. 

To make a tax-deductible donation, please complete the enclosed donation form. We welcome your donation and will recognize your contribution in our Auction Program Booklet and/or the slide show used at the event. You can mail your donation to our school- 802 Dartmouth Dr, O Fallon, IL 62269- or contact us and we will arrange a time to pick it up directly from you.
