An Evening of Changing Lives is a gala style event with both live and silent auctions. We are excited to say that Brian Wilson and Al Jardine, formerly of the Beach Boys, will be our entertainment for the evening. We strive to put together a unique and desirable silent auction, with most packages being worth at least $250. In keeping with the Beach Boys theme, we have created several silent auction themes:
1. "I Get Around" - which will feature packages that are travel related
2. "Fun, Fun, Fun" - which will feature packages that are food, fun and adventures in San Diego
3. "Don't Worry Baby" - which will feature packages just for kids
4. "Wouldn't It Be Nice" - which will feature jewelry
5. "Good Vibrations" - which will feature items for men
6. "In My Room" - which will feature items for the home (art, garden, furniture, etc.)
7. "Help Me Rhonda" - which will feature electronic items (TV's, audio equipment, computers, etc)

Our live auction will have 5-6 items worth at least $1000.

We are using electronic bidding technology, so our packages will be seen at least two weeks before the event, giving the attendees a chance to see every item and even start bidding on them! In this way, the item donors have a greater exposure than just the one night.
