The Friends & Foundation of Howard County Library System is hosting a fundraiser raffle at all six branches from January 19 to February 22, 2022.  This raffle is held in conjunction with the Evening in the Stacks gala. This year the party theme is Evening in the Stacks: Across Africa!  
 
Customers can purchase raffle entries at branches and online, to win fabulous baskets of goods donated by local businesses like yours, tickets to the event, and a grand prize of a Surface Go 3 tablet. 
 
We ask you to donate a product, service, or experience to include in the community baskets. Our customers enjoy visiting local businesses near their favorite branches. They will recognize your support of their beloved Library and make sure to give back through giving you their business. 
 
If you would like to participate, please complete the enclosed donation form. Your gift is a tax-deductible contribution to Friends & Foundation of Howard County Library System (tax ID 52-1226011). A contribution demonstrates your support of HCLS’ education mission and special events that entertain and delight our community like Battle of the Books, notable author events, and the HCLS Spelling Bee. 
 
We ask that you return your completed form and commitment back to us no later than January 7, and the receipt of your donation by January 14, 2022, in order to be recognized in all promotional material.
