To Whom It May Concern:

 Pioneer Memorial Foundation is hosting their Annual Extravaganza on Friday, March 31, 2023.  The funds raised this year will go towards purchasing equipment for Pioneer Memorial Hospital and Health Services and will continue to support scholarship funding. A donation from your business would greatly assist us raise funds to continue to make improvements for our patients and residents.  We are a 501(c)(3) organization (ID #26-1832061).  Not only is your gift tax deductible, your business and donation will also be mentioned in our program booklet.

 Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services is located in Viborg, SD and consists of a 12 bed Critical Access Hospital with an Emergency Department, 3 Rural Health Clinics, 51 bed Nursing Home with a secured Memory Care Unit, 10 unit Assisted Living, and 20 unit Senior Congregate Housing; along with many other services.  Pioneer Memorial is independently owned and operated by our board of directors and employs around 156 employees. 

 At the event, we will be having a live and silent auction along with heavy hors d’oeuvres and entertainment.  This charitable event is truly a community effort and is only possible because of support from businesses and organizations like yours.  Any contribution for the live or silent auction is greatly appreciated.  However, should you not have goods or services to donate, we also value any financial donations to help us purchase items that are not directly donated.
