At Fit Active Beautiful (FAB), we provide girls with the goal-setting and leadership skills necessary to lead an empowered life. By training to run a 5K, they build self esteem, confidence and their physical and emotional wellbeing.

To date, over 1,100 girls in grades 6-8 have been part of the FAB program. Our goal is to support hundreds more in 2023. While we have made some great strides, we still have a lot to accomplish.

This December, we will be running our annual online silent auction fundraiser and we would love your support!

Last year, we raised over $5,000 and this year, our ambitious goal is to raise $10,000 for girls in our community to participate in FAB programs.

Proceeds from this year’s auction will fund some of our 12 week running program costs including personalized coaching from our volunteers, transportation, entry fees into local races, running equipment, and nutritious snacks for our girls. All of our programs are offered free of charge and many of our participants are from communities who would not otherwise have the opportunity for this type of program.
