Wounded Warrior Homes will be hitting the links on 9/16/2024 for our annual Fairways 4 Veterans golf outing at The Links at Lake San Marcos, California. The proceeds from this event go directly to support our Veteran Transitional Housing Program in San Diego County. We provide transitional housing, hands on resources, and a defined path for post - 9/11 Veterans struggling with TBI and/or PTSD in their transition from active duty military service to a successful civilian life.
