Greetings! We are writing to you on behalf of Faith Christian Reformed Church in Elmhurst. One of the missions of our
church is to help support families who struggle financially with their children's tuition at local Christian schools.
Each year, different events and fundraisers help parents give their kids the Christian education they desire them to have.
As these young people grow in faith and learn about what Jesus Christ has done for them, they apply these values in
service to others and their community. The money raised from the auction will be put towards helping these families.
We are asking businesses such as yours to be a part of their lives.
We are asking for a gift from you for our auction. The silent auction will take place at our Springfest fundraiser on
Saturday, May 13, 2023. Springfest is an event for the entire family, with a petting zoo, animal show, a Dutch bakery, a
silent auction, and dinner accounting for just some of the fun. We get many people from the church to attend, but also
folks from the Elmhurst community.
We are thankful that every year Springfest is a great success and we could not do it without businesses partnering with
us. Our church will be happy to provide a receipt for anything you are willing to donate. With the cost of advertising
these days, I am sure you can appreciate the value of your company name being mentioned or advertised at little cost,
and as a donation, being deductible at tax time.
