Safe Families Canada (SFC) is a charitable organization that actively supports families experiencing various crises (addictions, mental health, medical crises, domestic violence, unplanned pregnancy, child welfare involvement, and many more difficult circumstances) and helps to stabilize them before child welfare services become necessary. The work that we do is incredibly important as it keeps kids safe and out of the foster care system, and gives parents and caregivers the support that they need to get back on their feet so that families can stay together. 

We are gearing up for our SECOND annual auction in support of Safe Families KW & Cambridge, of which every dollar stays in our local chapter and benefits families in our community. The auction is is set to run from September 11-18, 2024. Last year, our first auction raised $9,570; this year, we are hoping to raise upwards of $30,000, but we need your help to make it happen! 

We are currently looking for items that someone might like to see in an auction and we would love to be able to showcase as many businesses, local hot spots and hot ticket items as possible. We will be promoting these businesses and auction items on our social media pages in the months and weeks leading up to the auction.
