Fall Family Bingo Fundraiser

This request comes on behalf of the Lowes Island Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). Lowes Island Elementary School is a part of Loudoun County Public Schools. As the PTO we work hard to purchase supplies, equipment, and technology to enhance the education, health and wellness of our students and school community. Our Annual Halloween Bingo is now changed to “FALL FAMILY BINGO”. Fall Fun Bingo fundraiser is scheduled for Friday, October 27, 2023, and we are asking for the support of restaurants, stores, entertainment venues, service providers and various vendors of the community to help make this event a success by donating goods, services or gift cards that we can use as raffle prizes.
Please consider being one of our sponsors or making a donation. As a thank you for your donation, the PTO will send a letter of gratitude to each business that donates to the event. Your company will also be showcased in all our event advertising and programs going out to over 600 students in our school community and 600+ expected patrons at our fundraising event. Sponsorship opportunities are listed below. Checks can be made payable to Lowes Island Elementary School PTO. Additionally, we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Gold Sponsor = $250
● Company logo included on PTO website page for the school year (vendor to supply company logo)
● Company logo included on all print material for the event and on display at the event
● Company will be thanked on all social media channels
● Handouts included in bingo family packs (vendor to provide materials)
● Gold sponsorship includes sponsorship of one round of bingo (7 rounds). Sponsor names and blurb will be announced prior to the start of the sponsored bingo round
Leopard Sponsor = $125
● Company logo included on PTO website page for the school year
● Company logo included on all print material for the event and on display at the event
● Handouts included in bingo family packs (vendor to provide materials)
Thank you for your consideration. Donations can be mailed directly to the school to the attention of Jamie Egbert, PTO Fundraiser Co-Chair, or we can coordinate for a local pick up from your business. We hope to receive all donations by October 9th so that we might publicize your business as much as possible prior to the event.
