On October 21, 2023, we will be hosting our annual Miner Fall Fest Live and Silent Auction benefiting Copper Hills Elementary School. As we prepare for the 2023 Miner Fall Fest, we are contacting you in hopes that you will consider supporting our 2023 event by donating gift certificates, merchandise, or services. In exchange, you will receive some excellent community exposure and advertising.

This festive event is our largest fundraiser of the year and attracts many supporters of our community. In years past, our school live and silent auctions have been extremely successful -- due to the support received from members of our community, like yourself. In fact, thanks to the generosity and participation of our donors, we raised more than $12,000 for our students at our 2022 Miner Fall Fest.

The proceeds from the Miner Fall Fest have and will help fund items needed to enhance the educational experience at Copper Hills. Past proceeds have gone to fund additional playground equipment, fund items for our academic & athletic teams, help fund a technology lab for all our students as well as additional resources that are offered and utilized in educating our students at Copper Hills. This year funds raised will go towards funding all field trips and providing classroom resources.

The Copper Hills Parent Club is a nonprofit organization. All contributions and donations are tax deductible. Any small or large donation is greatly appreciated!
