Fall Festival
Carnival/Festival for Lincoln Elementary PTOOct 29, 2021 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
I am writing on behalf of the Lincoln Elementary PTO in Franklin, Kentucky to request a donation for our upcoming silent auction which is scheduled for October 29, 2021 from 5:30-8pm at the school. Our organization hosts an annual fall festival each year which is attended by 300-400 4th & 5th graders along with their families. At this event, we have a silent auction which consists of gift cards, merchandise, tickets to events, and services generously donated by businesses and organizations. The proceeds this year will help pay for new playground equipment due to the deterioration of the current equipment due to its age. We are also fundraising to purchase wind-screens to help keep our playground area more secure for the students.
The silent auction itself, is our largest fundraiser of the entire school year so we are working hard to make this year’s auction the best it’s ever been. We are putting together packages for things to do in various cities, such as Nashville, Chattanooga, Memphis, St. Louis, Cincinnati, and Louisville. We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make for this fun event for our students. Should you donate to the silent auction, your business will be recognized on auction displays at the event as well as in the school newsletter and on our social media sites.
