El Portal Elementary School is part of the Lowell Joint School District, educating over 500 students from the cities of La Habra, Whittier, and La Habra Heights. El Portal is a CA Distinguished and Golden Bell recipientschool.

On September 22, 2023, we will be holding our annual Fall Festival. This is a family event with carnival games, raffles, silent auction, food, music, and more. Funds raised from this event will go to the El Portal PTA, which supports the school by providing curriculum enrichment assemblies, field trips, and technology programs. Your donation will help make this fundraiser successful and assist us in providing more educational opportunities to our students.
