I’m a Nashville area children’s minister at a local church, Northside Church of Christ. We are a nonprofit, and every year we have a Fall Festival that includes a BBQ, silent auction and trunk or treat. The proceeds typically go towards community outreach. However, this year we plan to use all proceeds to provide new playground equipment for our children’s ministry. These children have raised money for multiple community causes from their own piggy banks over the last 3 years. They have provided school supplies to Bellshire elementary, donated over $2000 worth of gifts to Vanderbilt children’s hospital at Christmas time, provided goodies to the local Metro Nashville police precincts, and recently donated enough money to send 5 children to school for the year in the Philippines through www.hopefortomorrowcebu.com

We are currently looking for any items that could be donated for our silent auction. I am more than willing to provide any additional information that you may need.
