I am writing to request an item(s) that our school (Eastside Elementary School) could auction off at our annual fundraiser, our Fall Festival, on September 30, 2016.  We partner with the PTO to hold this fundraiser each year. We use this as our one big fundraiser so that our students are not put at risk selling items door to door throughout the school year. 

To give you an example of what we use our funds raised for, last year we purchased a new digital sign to help keep our families and community aware of events and important dates.  Also, each year some of the money pays for an end of the year field trip for those students who met their yearly goal or 100 points and maintained an 85% or higher average in Accelerated Reader. Other needs of the school are also met with the funds each year.

Anything you would be willing to donate would be greatly appreciated.
