Fall Festival & Silent Auction
Carnival/Festival for Lakeview Elementary PTONov 07, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Lakeview Elementary School is a non-profit school in Wilson County, Tennessee (Mt. Juliet) serving approximately 600 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. We are holding our annual Fall Festival fundraiser on Saturday, November 7, 2020. This event is held on school property and is open to the community. The expected attendance is generally over 1,000. The includes games, entertainment, food, shopping and a silent auction (we will be following COVID-19 guidelines and may need to move our event fully outside or hold an online, rather than in-person, silent auction). The Fall Festival is a vital and important part of the fundraising efforts to meet the various needs of our school such as computers, playgroud equipment and library books.
The Silent Auction is one of the largest revenue sources of the Fall Festival. We rely heavily on local businesses and other destination spots for their generous support. In exchange for your participation, a professionally printed, sign, with your logo, will stand next to your auction sheet at the table, viewed by the 1,000+ attendees. Many donors will also receive publicity on our PTO Facebook page prior to the event, announcing items that will be available for bidding.
