Our Fall fundraiser brings together hundreds of South Bay residents, businesses and community leaders who have the desire to make lives healthier and happier for those in need. 

As a Member of Community’s Child’s Fund Raising Committee I am seeking silent and live auction donations
for our 14th annual fall fundraiser; “Masquerade.” This Outdoor Fall Event features moving testimonies and
video highlights from our COVID Healthy Bags Food and Support Programs. Community’s Child is proud of the
fact that during the height of the COVID Pandemic we were able to provide “11,167 Food Insecure South Bay
Households with 37,095 Individuals” (per our LA Regional Food Bank 2020 agency report) with weekly access to
nutritious groceries, personal hygiene items, diapers, formula, blankets, shoes, masks, hand sanitizers and
rental assistance for those recently unemployed.
Community’s Child’s Fall Fundraiser provides our guests with Appetizers, Dinner, and a Guest Favorite; The
Live and Silent Auctions. This is where we need Your Support. We are seeking donations of goods, services
and experiences to feature in our auctions. All auction sponsors will be recognized on social media platforms, in
our event video presentation and alongside the item or experience you donate.
Our goal is to raise $75,000 to be put toward providing 12,000 disadvantaged children and families’ nutritious
groceries, hygiene products, educational resources, health and dental, much needed COVID19 personal
protective equipment and mental health support services. Your contribution to our Fall Event makes a big
difference in the lives of thousand in need in our local community. All contributors to our silent and live auctions
will be recognized on our auction banners, in our event program and by more than 2,300 followers on our social
media platforms.
