We’re currently collecting tickets, merchandise, and services for the silent auction component of our Fall Fundraising Campaign and I’m writing to request your support. The Silent Auction will begin on August 11, 2022 and end on Friday August 26, 2022. By making a donation of complimentary tickets, gift certificates, or other items for our auction, you would be making a tax-deductible contribution that will help enhance educational opportunities for more than 650 kids at Valley Elementary and you’d gain valuable exposure.
The Valley Elementary Educational Foundation is a 501c (3) nonprofit organization entirely led and run by parent volunteers whose children attend Valley Elementary School in Poway. Together, with corporate and community partners like you, we work to raise money to enrich the educational experience of every child. You can help us bridge the gap between what the school district can provide and what our students need to have the best, most well-rounded education possible.
Since Poway Unified has a strong reputation for its top-ranked schools, it is easy to not
realize that many of our students are actually struggling. In fact, 52% of students at Valley Elementary are socioeconomically disadvantaged, 222% higher than the district
average. Our Foundation relies on community support to enhance the educational experience at Valley and ensure all students can achieve their potential.
