Our goal with the upcoming silent auction is to raise funds for our PTA,
thus raising funds for our school as all funds raised by our PTA go directly back
into the school. The funds raised from this auction will assist in paying for
teacher luncheons, holiday activities for the students and our annual carnival
held in the Spring. We are seeking assistance from companies like yours to
make this event special for our parents, teachers and staff. Any donation or gift
card would be greatly appreciated to ensure this event is a huge success.
In addition we would be glad to set out any advertisements, coupons
and or flyers for your company. It is important that our teachers, staff and
parents see the companies that support our endeavors.
