For the past 22 years the Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation has invited children and their families to fall back in time to the early days of San Diego at the Fall Back Children’s Historical Street Faire. It is the only event specifically for children and their families in the Gaslamp Quarter.  Blacksmiths work streetside, old tyme games teach kids how kids kept entertained before screens, the oldest house in downtown San Diego is open for special kid focused tours, and contests allow feats of skill and family bonding! It’s a day unlike any other downtown and draws families back year after year.
