For 55 years, Family Care Health Centers (FCHC) has been dedicated to providing the St. Louis area with exceptional comprehensive medical care. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FCHC) committed to offering a full range of services, equalizing the accessibility of quality health care, to St. Louis communities. FCHC's providers are well-trained clinicians driven by the desire to help those who are underserved and uninsured. 

The Expressions of Care Gala is a merging of art with medicine to celebrate FCHC's integrated, mosaic-of-medicine care model. The event will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, and will include a welcome reception, celebratory dinner, awards and recognitions for health equity champions, as well as live and silent auctions. The Gala will be hosted at the unique Angad Arts Hotel, a boutique hotel located in the Grand Center Arts District in midtown St. Louis. 

Proceeds from the Expressions of Care Gala will offset costs associated with providing care to patients because EVERYONE deserves quality health care! 

FCHC is currently looking for partners to serve as sponsors for the event and to donate items for the live and silent auctions. Sponsors of the Expressions of Care Gala will receive recognition and exposure before, during and after the event.
