Dear Community Member: 

We at MECE, Inc, a non-profit preschool located at the First United Methodist Church in Boca Raton, are preparing for our upcoming Annual Silent Auction. This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year and the funds raised at the auction go directly to support our school’s programs, classrooms, staff, and so much more. 

In past years, the proceeds have funded new classroom furniture, the creation of a wonderful art room, the school’s science program, an amazing splash pad, a playground shade canopy, technology and security cameras. 

This year’s auction will be on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025. The MECE Parent Association is currently accepting donations of both goods and services from businesses and individuals to help support our school in its endeavor to provide an exceptional early childhood education program.

Since 1973, MECE, Inc has helped families in South Florida to lay an early foundation for a lifetime of educational success, and with your help, we anticipate yet another successful year for our children and staff! 

We hope that your business will help us and consider donating an item or package for our silent auction. Silent auction items will be displayed at our family fun day event. We ask that baskets and donations contain a minimum value of $50- $150 for our event. Signage would include your company logo and description of the package listed for bidding.  This information will also be loaded on our online mobile bidding website in advance of the event. To make a donation, please fill out the attached form and send it back to us. If you have any questions, please let us know.
