Dear Friends, On Saturday, February 10th, 2024, we will be hosting Clear Lake City Elementary’s Annual Family Fun Day! This year’s event is coming together nicely but we still need help with our silent auction. The proceeds from our Family Fun Day allow the PTA to continue to support the students and families of CLCE and purchase items the school needs that the district does not cover such as: ● Offsetting the cost of other PTA sponsored events and programs to try to ensure that every Thunderbird and their families can participate

● Purchasing Literacy Library books for every grade

● Purchasing additional educational equipment such as musical instruments, Science Lab supplies, PE equipment, and Computer Lab supplies

● Maintaining our 3 playgrounds

● Hosting community building events such as Family Movie Night, Socials, and dinner with family ● Distributing money every Spring to each department to replenish supplies and equipment

● Sponsoring various authors, performing groups and guest speakers visits ● Organizing teacher appreciation events throughout the year

● Supporting the other various CLCE clubs and programs

● Providing volunteers to help our teachers, library, computer and science labs, and art room

● Organizing student appreciation activities throughout the year We truly appreciate your consideration.
