I am reaching out on behalf of Paxtonia elementary school (EIN 23-7147704). We are seeking donation items to be used as a part of a raffle fundraiser, Family Fun Fair and Raffle, being held on 3/29/2025. This is a free community wide event featuring games, vendors, food, and our fundraiser raffle. We are hoping you would consider an in kind product or gift card donation that will be used to create themed auction baskets. This community event is expected to have about 1000 attendees.

These fundraising efforts are imperative to the success and improvement of our school and education and all funds raised go directly to making school improvements, purchasing necessary equipment and supplies to support healthy and active after school activities for a title 1 school, and supporting kids who need additional support with’ food costs and after school activities costs for the 2025 year and beyond
