I am writing to you on behalf of the Cherry View Elementary School PTO to request a donation for our 23rd annual Family Fun Night silent auction. Our event will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022. 

Our community gathers together for a night of games, music and raffles. Typically attended by about 1000 community members, we raffle gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. 

Money raised at this event goes towards educational class programs, field trips, and to expand teachers’ resources in classrooms. 

Since this is one of our PTO’s primary fundraisers we are asking you to consider donating any of the following items:

Merchandise and/or Service(s) to auction off or use in our raffle.

Gift cards to help us create our gift card wall.

A monetary amount so we can purchase individual items such as prizes for games, food items or supplies for the evening. 

We would greatly appreciate any donation that you can offer. In acknowledgment of your generosity, your business will be recognized on our social media pages, school newsletter and at our event.
