We are planning to host our 2nd Annual Family Fun Night at St. Francis Elementary. This event will be a FREE event to those in the community that live near and attend St. Francis Elementary. We are seeking donations from businesses for a raffle to be held during the event to help keep the event FREE. Last year, we had approximately 450 people attend our event.

This year, the event will be held at St. Francis Elementary School on Friday, May 19, 2023, from 5-7 p.m.

SFES is a Title I school meaning SFES receives federal funding for additional staff due to our large concentration of low-income students.

We are a 501(c)(3) and donations may be tax deductible.  Our Tax ID number is 41-1566418 and our Tax Determination Letter and Event Flyer is also attached.

The APT fundraised for and provided funds to support SFES including field trips, classroom supplies, weekly readers, activity nights, family fun nights, and specials support (art, music, technology, and physical education). Additional funds provided to other areas including Young Authors Conference, bullying prevention, principal fund, teacher appreciation, playground supplies, media center supplies, special requests, etc.

Additionally, several community and fundraising activities were held to focus on unity within the community and school.
