I am writing on behalf of the FES Parent Teacher Partnership (FES PTP) team in hopes of acquiring something to put into our raffle drawing at our school-wide event on Friday, May 24th. What is PTP? PTP is a team of parent volunteers who literally make FES magical. They meet once a month to plan schoolwide events, support the teachers with a variety of requests, discuss future activities and so much more. Today I’m asking for anything you might have to give to include in one of our raffle baskets for our Family Fun Night. This is usually a very well attended free event that PTP puts on for our FES families. We have over 500 students, and I would say over half come with their families. It will be held outdoors, will include BINGO, a bounce house obstacle course, face painting, 3 food trucks, the fire department, yard games, a cake walk and more. I know a lot of our families and staff members have frequented your business and love what you have to offer. We would love to include you. I’m wondering if you would be willing and/or are able to contribute to this in any way? I know it would be greatly appreciated by our entire community here at FES and the PTP.
