At this event, our school community gathers for a night of games, music, raffles, food, and more.  Typically attended by about 1000 community members, we raffle merchandise and services generously donated by businesses and organizations like yours.   All money raised at this event goes towards educational class programs, field trips, and expanding teachers’ resources in classrooms.

As this is one of our primary fundraisers, we are humbly asking for your assistance.  There are several ways in which we are seeking donations:

1.     Merchandise/gift cards/services to be used in the evening’s raffle.

2.     Monetary donations to be used in sponsorship of raffle item purchases (for example, the monetary amount could be put toward the purchase of a bike, with signage stating the item was sponsored by your business).

3.     Gift card donation to be used at your location to purchase food/items for the event.

 In acknowledgment of your generosity, you will be recognized on our social media pages, school newsletter, and at our event.
