The ECS/WIS PTO is a non-profit organization that raises funds to support the students and staff at Woodside Intermediate and Edna C Stevens Schools.  We provide money for field trips, technology, cultural arts assemblies, classroom supplies and other educational materials to enhance our children’s education. 

On May 17th, we are hosting one of our largest fundraising events of the year. Over 500 students and their families will come together to celebrate the conclusion of a great school year with activities, entertainment and games. 

We are currently looking for businesses to donate items to be used as raffle prizes.  Items such as gift cards to your establishment or for a product/service.  A donation in any amount would be appreciated.  Should you make a donation, your business will be recognized in our June newsletter as well as on our Facebook page. 

Our organization is a non-profit under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, so your donation is fully tax-deductible. Our tax ID is 22-3007533. Upon request, we will provide a donation receipt letter with the PTO’s tax exempt ID number for your records.
