Pleasant Grove Elementary PTO and The Dad’s Club host an annual Family Fun Night each Spring; providing our over 650 children and their families an affordable evening of fun entertainment! Families enjoy bounce houses, games, and outdoor movie night; even our food vendors reduce their costs to make the whole night “wallet friendly!”  COVID forced us to cancel before our events in 2020 and 2021. And this year we are getting even more creative in our event planning! We’ll still have affordable family fun while implementing social distancing and all safety precautions necessary this spring.

Only one portion of Family Fun Night is a fundraiser: the Silent Auction.  At Family Fun Night, typically attended by about 1000+ community members, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. Kids can bid to eat lunch with their favorite teacher, or parents can bid on a family four pack to a baseball game!  We’ve had spa baskets, restoration services, vacation packages, and special classroom artwork gets auctioned!  The auction proceeds, in coordination with the PTO, goes directly to the additional financial needs of our teachers and the students they serve.  Our online auction in Spring of 2020 helped fund water bottles, indoor and outdoor recess activities, additional online content access for staff and students, extra books in the classrooms, all in addition to the masks and lanyards the school provided to all students.  This year we are planning to use the funds to enhance our new outdoor classroom and garden!

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make (gift card, merchandise, services, or cash to help us fill the other baskets). We promise will recognize your business on our auction displays at the event. Our social media presence allows us to advertise your donation and your business the days leading up to Family Fun Night! Our DJ will also announce your business throughout the day.
