FamilyForward is holding a fundraising golf outing on June 2nd at Old Orchard Country Club in Mt. Prospect, IL.
FamilyForward (formerly Faith Community Homes) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization formed in 2003 dedicated to strengthening low-income, working northwest suburban (Chicago) families to achieve financial stability and independence through mentoring, rental assistance and support services.
FamilyForward bridges the gap between a family's income and the cost of rental housing, while providing weekly, targeted coaching to help families set goals and move toward self-sufficiency.
