Dear Community Partner,

The Hollow Hills Fundamental School PTA invites you to partner with us by participating in the raffle and silent auction at our annual Family Fun Fair on October 15, 2021. Our 2019 event was attended by an estimated 1,000 festival participants, many of whom notice and appreciate businesses that support our school and community. Unfortunately our 2020 event was cancelled due to COVID-19 and we are looking forward to bring this event back to our community in 2021 with even larger fundraising goals.

Thanks to funds raised through our annual Family Fun Fair, we have seen a direct and positive impact on the children and programs at our school. Funds raised in previous years have allowed us to purchase media equipment; make technology updates; provide art and music lessons; feature authors, scientists, and other assemblies; promote sports through Junior Olympics and field days; support field trips; and purchase library books.

Enclosed is our donation request form to return with your family-friendly donation of items and/or gift certificates/cards. You may create an entire basket if you choose, which can be wrapped by either you or our committee, or you may donate items that we will include in baskets we put together. Another way to increase your exposure as an event contributor is by becoming an event sponsor with a cash donation of $400 of more (Hollow Hills Champion), $200-$399 (Blue Ribbon Sponsor), or $100-$199 (Golden Bear Sponsor). Sponsors will receive varying degrees of recognition at the event, in school newsletters and via social media. Contact Jaclyn Bishop about being an event sponsor using the contact information below.
