Description

The Living Coast Discovery Center is proud to announce its 10th annual Farm to Bay celebration on Saturday, August 3, 2019. This unique event supports coastal wildlife, education, and sustainability programs at the Living Coast Discovery Center and we invite you to participate as an auction donor.

Farm to Bay is a unique tasting event set against the beautiful backdrop of San Diego Bay.  Over 450 guests sample fine culinary delights from up to 40 restaurants, breweries and wineries and experience up-close animal encounters, live entertainment, and an exciting auction. Farm to Bay takes place on a national wildlife refuge and we are committed to producing a Zero Waste event, diverting up to 90% from landfills each year. In 2018, the event raised over $100,000 in net proceeds, generated through a combination of sponsorships, ticket sales, auction proceeds, and donations.

Here are just some of the reasons to support Farm to Bay:

  • Connect your company with sold-out crowds at San Diego’s only fundraising event held on a national wildlife refuge!
  • Enjoy high-level recognition among a select group of supporters!
  • Align your organization with a special Zero Waste event promoting sustainability!

Your support will inspire care and exploration of the living Earth by connecting people with coastal animals, plants, and habitats.

On behalf of the 85,000 visitors and schoolchildren that visit the Living Coast Discovery Center each year and the native animals that call the Living Coast home, thank you in advance for your consideration of this request.

Sincerely,
