Dear Community Member,

The Farmdale Festival, at Farmdale Elementary School, is scheduled for Friday, May 5th 2023, and is sponsored by the Farmdale Faculty Parent Association (FPA).

With continued cuts in state and federal funding, the FPA is turning to the generosity of community minded businesses, like yours, for donations to our auction.  The auction is one of the most popular and profitable attractions at the festival.  It is an excellent venue for establishing name recognition as a community partner.  All proceeds from the festival are used for class field trips, classroom supplies, special assemblies, library materials and other educational programs and needs for Kindergarten through Sixth grade students.

Please consider a contribution such as a product, merchandise, service from your business, a gift certificate, or other item of your choice.  Your generous donation (including a business card, brochure, or flyer that you provide us) will be placed into our auction and used as one of the valued prizes.  We are a 501 (c) 3 corporation and our ID# is 20-5137059, should you need it to help process our donation.

Donations will be listed in our school newsletter, on our school facebook page, as well as an auction brochure.  These will be available to all Farmdale students, families and the community.  You are welcome to contact either myself at (717) 449-1562 or my co-chair, Pam at (717) 606-6067 or you can email us at ffpasilentauction@gmail.com, if you have any questions, or would like to arrange for pickup of your donation.  You may also forward your contribution to Farmdale Faculty Parent Association, c/o Silent Auction, P.O.
