Description

The Franklin Elementary School Class of 2024 is hosting an event in an effort to raise funds for their educational class trip to our Nation's Capital, Washington D.C. We will be hosting a pasta dinner and silent auction on February 10, 2024. The proceeds from this event will be used to defray the cost of the student class trip.


In order to make our silent auction a success, we are asking business owners for donations. Please consider supporting our event by donating a gift certificate, merchandise, or service. In exchange, you will receive excellent community exposure and advertising. Your company name, address, phone number and donation will be listed in the bidding brochure. For donations valued over $200.00 you will also receive a free listing in the Class of 2024 yearbook.


As Franklin Elementary School is a non-profit organization, your donation may be Tax Deductible. We will forward you a receipt and thank-you letter indicating the fair market value of your donation. In closing, we would like to thank you in advance for your consideration of our request and the support of our school, the children and the community.
