Description
The 6th annual Festival of Trees children's event and silent auction fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of Ellis County will be held Nov. 16-17, 2018, in Waxahachie, TX. For this event generous community individuals and businesses use their creative skills to decorate Christmas trees, wreaths, or other holiday-themed items to donate for silent auction. Activities include live entertainment, refreshments, photo opportunities, special activities for children (including Santa) and more.
The silent auction features a "Santa's Bag" section for business donations of merchandise, tickets, gift cards, etc. All business donors are acknowledged as special "Santa's Helpers" for Habitat for Humanity.
