Dear Community Member,

I am writing to you today on behalf of the Gage Elementary School Parent-Teacher Association.  Emerging from the pandemic and with the statewide education budget cuts, the role of the PTA in schools has become vital. The PTA is charged with filling the gaps left by these cuts, including classroom supplies, program funding, and staff support. 

Gage Elementary PTA is proud to present our sixth annual off-campus Spring Fiesta Fundraiser to be held on Saturday, May 4,  2024, at the Mission Trails Regional Park Visitor Center. Our event last year  was a sold-out success with 300+ people in attendance, and more joining in on our online auction. We expect a similar turnout for the 2024 event. 

We would be honored to include you among our community partners. 

Proceeds will benefit the PTA which includes the students and parents of our community. Our goal is to provide an exciting and fun event where the school community can get together and where parents can learn how PTA membership benefits their school. Proceeds will benefit Gage Elementary School’s unique Spanish Immersion and STEM programs. 

Please let us know if there is anything that your company can provide to increase the interest and success of our auction. Gift cards are greatly appreciated.

Sponsorship opportunities are also needed.  These families are local, so your support will be recognized.  Your company’s name and brief description of your offer will be documented at the event.  Donations are tax-deductible. Please let me know if you have any questions.
