Thank you for your interest in our event! If you choose to donate products for our baskets, or participate in any way, I will advertise your donation in our event pamphlet given to all attendees, on our social media, Facebook site, and additionally, major sponsors valued at $250 or greater, have their logo advertised on our computer screens and photo step and retreat all attendees take photos in front of throughout the evening of the event. 

    This started in 2014 after I lost my Dad, Robert Cognetta to heart disease. I partnered with the cardiac team at SIUH Northwell Health and we host an annual fundraising event each year honoring a new “Heart Hero”, an individual who exhibits excellent care, support, and service not only to the hospital, but to the community as well. Together we have raised over $25,000 to raise awareness for cardiac care. All proceeds go directly to the SIUH Northwell Health Cardiac center and hybrid operating room for special cardiac procedures.
