Find The Beat cancer will be having a walk/run-a-thon fundraiser on Saturday August 12, 2023 with the goal of raising $50,000 to support our primary mission of helping cancer patient's. We anticipate a minimum of 350+ attendees.

Below is list of our needs to make this event a success.

* 5 - 7 Ice Buckets / Coolers: $ 500
* 10 Rectangular Tables: $650
* 300 Logo'd T-Shirts that include Sponsor and Event day: $7500
* 4 Formal Security Guards w/Guard Cards: $500 for 4 hours
* Wristbands for the runners: $25
* 4 First Aid Kits: $200
* 30 Safety Vests for the Volunteers: $100
* KBLA Radio Promo: $2500
* PR Promo: $2500
* Videography/Photography: $500
* 100 Cases of 20oz Energy Drink (approx. - 24 per case / 2400 total ct.): $2000
