Authentically You Eating Disorder Counseling, an outpatient counseling practice specializing in the treatment of eating disorders located in the Northshore suburbs of Chicago, IL is hosting a “Finding Freedom Gala” to honor the Kirsten Haglund Foundation (KHF), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide hope, networking, and financial aid to those seeking treatment and freedom from eating disorders.

On behalf of Authentically You Eating Disorder Counseling and The Kirsten Haglund Foundation, we would be honored if your business would accept our invitation to donate a silent auction item for this event. Your participation would be paramount in helping us achieve our goal to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for adult women to promote sustained recovery from disordered eating and foster independent living, as well as scholarship opportunities for treatment.

The event is planned for Friday, November 3, 2023 at 6:30PM CST. The Gala will be held at Maggiano’s in Skokie, IL. The Gala will consist of speakers throughout the evening, a DJ, networking, dinner, drinks, a silent auction, and more! Our goal is to make awareness of eating disorders, as well as honor/celebrate eating disorder recovery.

Any businesses that donate, your information, and all marketing materials from the business will be displayed on the silent auction table for all guests to view.
