Description

We are writing on behalf of the Randolph High School Band, Choir, and Theater Departments to request a donation for our Holiday Silent Auction. Our Silent Auction will be held in conjunction with the district's annual holiday concerts during the week of December 13-15, 2022.

The high school band, choir, and theater students will travel to New York City from March 14-18, 2023. The cost for each student is $2,200, most of which is airfare and bussing. We will use the proceeds from the Silent Auction to lower the trip cost for students. The goals of this trip are to strengthen the connection between our students and help them develop a greater appreciation for the arts. They will be attending a Broadway Musical, a production of Stomp, participating in a Broadway Workshop, taking a guided tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Radio City Music Hall, and a walking tour of Central Park. In addition, we will be visiting the Statue of Liberty, the 9/11 Memorial Museum, and other iconic sights in NYC.

There are over 500 students that will be involved in the holiday concerts during the week. The holiday concerts showcase over 500 students and are attended by over 1,000 community members, family members, and friends. Items we would like to auction off include gift cards, gift baskets, merchandise, handmade items, and services generously donated by families and businesses like yours.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation, we will recognize your business in our concert programs, in the school newsletter, at our musical Into the Woods this November 18-19, and on our social media platforms where it will reach not only Randolph but surrounding communities such as Cannon Falls, Northfield, Farmington, and Hastings. We will also provide a donation receipt letter with the school's tax-exempt ID number for your records.

Donations can be mailed to the Randolph High School Office:
