Description
- We are small volunteer driven youth sports organization.
- The Fire and Ice Fundraiser is a combination of a Community Gala and Online Auction.
- Proceeds from will help purchase new equipment, subsidize the Mite and upper level hockey programs, and allow us to continue to provide program scholarships and equipment to those in need.
- Online auction items will be displayed and promoted at event.
- Online auction will be live approximately 1 week before event date. Bidding will take place during event and conclude at close of event. Online auction will be open to anyone and heavily promoted to our community.
- The Community Gala is open to anyone 21+ but primary attendance will be hockey association parents, residents of the community and community and business leaders. The Gala will consist of food, beverages, live music, raffle and our online auction which is our main fundraiser.
