Description
Our primary objective is to provide families in Ct with the opportunity to thrive despite their Type 1 diabetes diagnosis. Our goal for our first fundraiser is to raise enough to send 5 famiies to a diabetes conference the following summer and help two families with the costs of sending their children to diabetes camp.
