To Whom It May Concern:

The Cleary School for the Deaf’s PSA is preparing for its annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser which will be held on November 20, 2022, at 3870 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Bohemia, NY 11716.  As part of this fundraiser, we will be holding a raffle/auction.  We are asking if you would consider participating in this raffle/auction by making an in-kind donation for this event.

As a not-for-profit 501 (c)3 organization, Cleary School is a private, state-supported program that has served the Deaf community of Long Island since 1925.

Cleary School provides education and related services to students who are deaf, blind, and severely physically disabled.  

All proceeds from this event will go to fund school-wide programs and events, that will help to enrich our student’s education.

As a sign of our appreciation, all contributors will be acknowledged in the event program given to all of our attendees as well as signage throughout our auction area.  Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
