Florida Feast
Gala/Party for Interfaith Emergency ServicesOct 12, 2023 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Florida Feast is an annual event held at the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion, and includes a great dinner and silent auction. Set for October 12, 2023, this is a sold out event every year with 1,200 attenders, and is advertised throughout Marion County. Tables are sold as sponsorships with local individuals and businesses in the community, and it’s a great chance to get together and socialize with friends.
Eye-catching auction items are on display throughout the evening and in-kind donors that provide for the auction are recognized through social media leading up to the event, and at the event itself.
The proceeds from sponsorships provide Interfaith with funding for our food pantry, so that we can provide for over 30,000 individuals and families in need in Central Florida during the fall and winter months. As a help agency, Interfaith also provides other services include clothing, emergency medications, backpack program of food for school-aged children at risk of hunger and a 40 bed homeless shelter. We also provide a free medical, vision and dental clinic for those without insurance.
Interfaith is committed to fighting hunger, homelessness and lack of availability of healthcare for those without income or insurance. Our community provides support, including through volunteerism and through donations.
