Our PTA would love your support in fundraising at our Forest Creek Elementary Spring Carnival and Silent Auction by donating a gift card, passes or other item to be auctioned off in our silent auction.  Our 2023 Spring Carnival will be held on Friday, April 21st while our auction takes place online for the two weeks leading up to the carnival and closes the evening of the carnival. 

Each year we are honored with a great amount of support for our school from Community Partners, while in return the Silent Auction attracts thousands of local bidders and provides excellent exposure to local companies who generously donate their items/services. Our online auction event runs for two weeks leading up to the Spring Carnival, offering ample time for bidders to see what’s being auctioned, and for businesses to gain a great deal of exposure. We would be overjoyed to have your business join our fundraising efforts as a Silent Auction donor.

Your donation will help our PTA support Forest Creek’s ongoing success, and will allow you to build relationships with loyal customers in our community. Forest Creek represents almost 800 students from the Round Rock area. One hundred percent of the money raised from Community Partners will benefit Forest Creek Elementary students and teachers. Because of partners like yourself we have been able to fund several health and wellness initiatives, school and staff appreciation events, field trips, family fun nights and so much more.  

It would be an honor to have you join in our efforts to support our school and the Round Rock community.  Without our Community Partners we would not be able to provide these programs and benefits to our school, children and teachers. We look forward to partnering with you!
