I am hosting a silent auction in honor of Girls On The Run. Girls On The Run inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. It allows them to envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. Girls On The Run is the philanthropy for Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, and as the event coordinator for to Dallas Area Alumnae group, I am in charge of the November 11, 2019 auction, where we will be raising funds to help further the Girls On The Run ability to ensure that young women around the DFW metroplex always know that they themselves are important in this world and that their dreams and goals are within reach.

We're in the process of collecting merchandise for this event, and I'm writing to request your assistance in making this fundraising event a success. By donating an item, you'll be making a tax deductible contribution that will help Girls On The Run continue to support young girls right here in our community.

Additionally, you'll benefit from exposure of your company's name to those who attend the event. Donors will be listed on the event program, and the merchandise you give will be on display through the event and recognized on social media. We are estimating that with our publicity and posting, your donation will receive exposure to approximately 10,500 people through our alumnae and collegiate network in the Dallas area.
