Dear Business Owner / Donation Manager,

We are contacting you on behalf of Franklin Elementary School and PTA. Franklin has been a part of the Elk Grove Unified School District for over 100 years and is one of the oldest schools in the area. We are a unique country school with strong family roots. We have some families that are third and fourth generations attending Franklin.
We’re so excited to host a Fun Run this May. We are fortunate enough to be moving into a brand-new school site this upcoming school year so will be a lot of expenses for this transition. We’re hoping this fundraiser will offset some of these expenses.
To increase the excitement and school spirit of this event, we’re hoping to provide each student with a FREE custom Franklin Fun Run t-shirt to wear the day of the Fun Run event, at no cost to our students or school.
We’re hoping to partner with businesses to secure donations or funding for this. Our organization is a 501c3, so sponsorships are tax deductible (Federal I.D. #68-0109032).
