Please accept this letter on behalf of the Freedom High School Baseball Booster Club
requesting a donation for our Annual Cash Bingo Fundraiser. In addition to Bingo
games, prize raffles are a major part of the fundraising event.

The booster club is a non-profit organization that funds our coaches, equipment for the
baseball team, and player expenses throughout the season.

It is our hope that your organization will make a donation that will be raffled off during
the fundraiser. The event is scheduled for Sunday, February 25, 2024 and we expect
over 250 people in attendance. We are extremely proud to offer this event because we
are raising money to be used directly toward our baseball team operations, including
upgrades to the fields, necessary equipment, assistant coaches, and various other
items for the team. Also, this event brings together members of the Freedom Family,
including former players and families and longtime program supporters from the
community.
